Atlas Communications, operated by ZipCode Homes LLC (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides Aion, an AI-powered communications and business operations platform designed to help businesses manage customer communications, scheduling, follow-up, CRM activity, and related business workflows.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Aion or authorize Aion to connect to third-party services such as Google Gmail or Google Calendar.
Depending on the features you enable, Aion may process information such as:
Name, phone number, email address, company name, and business contact information
Call, SMS, and email content
Call transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and follow-up information
CRM contacts, accounts, opportunities, notes, tasks, and pipeline information
Calendar events, availability, meeting details, and scheduling information
Information provided through connected third-party services
Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service
If you connect a Google account to Aion, Aion may request permission to access certain Google Workspace data, including Gmail and Google Calendar information.
Depending on the permissions you authorize, Aion may:
Read Gmail messages and email threads
Search email messages
Send email on your behalf
Reply to existing email threads
View Google Calendar events
Check calendar availability
Create calendar events
Reschedule calendar events
Cancel calendar events
Aion only accesses Google user data when necessary to provide features that you request or enable.
Google user data may be used to:
Respond to your requests
Help manage customer communications
Prepare and send business email
Understand previous conversations or account history
Schedule and manage meetings
Identify follow-up requirements
Update authorized business systems
Provide summaries, reminders, and operational assistance
Perform other business workflows specifically requested or configured by the authorized user
Aion does not use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness decisions, or resale.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Aion may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process Google user data solely for the purpose of providing the functionality requested by the authorized user.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
Information may be processed by service providers that support the operation of Aion, such as cloud hosting, database, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, security, and communications providers.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Atlas and support the functionality requested by the user.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to the service.
Atlas Communications' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Access to Google user data is limited to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent and directly related to the functionality requested by the user.
Human access to Google user data is limited and will occur only when:
the user gives affirmative permission,
it is necessary to investigate a security issue, abuse, or service malfunction,
it is required by applicable law, or
the information has been appropriately aggregated or de-identified for legitimate internal operations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These safeguards may include:
encrypted network connections
encrypted integration credentials
access controls
tenant-level data separation
logging and audit controls
restricted administrative access
secure credential storage
monitoring and security controls
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users control which external services and accounts are connected to Aion.
Multiple Gmail, Google Calendar, CRM, and other business accounts may be connected separately.
Each connection is associated with the appropriate authorized business account or tenant.
Users may disconnect an integration or revoke Google permissions at any time through their Google account security settings or through available Aion account controls.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
provide the service,
maintain business records,
comply with legal obligations,
protect security and prevent abuse, or
meet contractual obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, customer configuration, and applicable legal requirements.
Users may contact us to request deletion of information associated with their account, subject to legal, security, and contractual retention requirements.
Business customers retain ownership of their business data.
Atlas uses customer data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the customer's use of Aion, subject to applicable agreements and this Privacy Policy.
Aion is designed so that each customer's connected systems and credentials can be separated from those of other customers.
Aion is intended for business use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Aion service.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Aion's services, integrations, legal obligations, or security practices change.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
