These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by Atlas Communications, operated by ZipCode Homes LLC (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Aion, our AI-powered communications and business operations platform.
By accessing or using Aion or related Atlas services, you agree to these Terms.
Aion may provide features including:
inbound and outbound calling
SMS messaging
email reading, sending, and replying
calendar access and scheduling
CRM and pipeline management
lead qualification and follow-up
customer-service workflows
business reporting and operational summaries
AI-assisted recommendations and automation
integrations with third-party business systems
Available features may vary based on the customer's plan, connected systems, permissions, configuration, and third-party service availability.
You may use Aion only for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to use Aion to:
violate applicable laws or regulations
send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing communications
contact individuals in violation of applicable telemarketing, privacy, consent, or do-not-contact laws
impersonate another person or organization without authorization
access systems or information you are not authorized to access
distribute malware or harmful code
interfere with the security or operation of Aion or connected services
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Aion complies with laws applicable to your business, industry, communications, customers, and geographic locations.
Aion may connect to third-party services such as:
Gmail
Google Calendar
CRM platforms
accounting systems
telecommunications providers
scheduling platforms
other business applications
You authorize Atlas to access connected services only to the extent permitted by the permissions you grant.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect each account and allow Aion to access or act on the information contained in that account.
You may revoke access to connected services at any time through the applicable third-party service or available Aion controls.
If you connect Google services, including Gmail or Google Calendar, Aion may access and process Google user data according to the permissions you approve.
Atlas's use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace API data is not used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Aion uses artificial intelligence and automation to perform business tasks.
Depending on your configuration, Aion may:
analyze communications
draft or send messages
make or receive calls
schedule appointments
update CRM records
create tasks
recommend follow-up actions
summarize business activity
execute approved operational workflows
AI-generated output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, configurations, and automated actions that could materially affect your business, customers, contracts, finances, legal obligations, or reputation.
Certain sensitive or high-risk actions may require human approval before execution.
You are responsible for:
maintaining accurate account information
protecting your login credentials
controlling who is authorized to use your Aion account
configuring appropriate permissions
maintaining required customer or prospect consent
complying with telemarketing and messaging regulations
complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws
reviewing business-critical actions where appropriate
maintaining accurate information in connected systems
Customers using calling, SMS, or email features are responsible for complying with applicable communication laws and industry requirements.
This may include requirements related to:
consent
do-not-call requests
SMS opt-out requests
telemarketing rules
caller identification
email marketing laws
recording and monitoring disclosures
time-of-day restrictions
Atlas may suspend communication features when necessary to address abuse, compliance concerns, security issues, or provider requirements.
You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide to or connect with Aion.
You grant Atlas the limited right to process that information only as necessary to:
provide the service
execute authorized workflows
maintain and secure the platform
troubleshoot service issues
comply with applicable legal obligations

Atlas uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.
However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your accounts and immediately notifying Atlas if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.
Aion relies on third-party providers and integrations.
Atlas is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, errors, or service termination caused by third-party platforms.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits, and fees.
Paid services may be subject to subscription fees, usage charges, setup fees, or other charges described in the applicable order, proposal, subscription, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been performed or usage has occurred.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party usage charges associated with their account.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Aion may be temporarily unavailable due to:
maintenance
updates
third-party outages
telecommunications failures
security events
infrastructure failures
events outside our reasonable control
Atlas may suspend or terminate access when necessary due to:
nonpayment
misuse
security risk
unlawful activity
violation of these Terms
abuse of third-party integrations
activity that threatens the service or other users
Customers may discontinue use of Aion subject to any applicable service agreement or subscription terms.
Aion is provided as a business operations and communications tool.
Aion does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, or other licensed professional advice unless explicitly provided through a qualified professional operating through the service.
AI-generated recommendations should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment in regulated or high-risk matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Communications and ZipCode Homes LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Aion.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Communications and ZipCode Homes LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your unlawful use of Aion
communications you direct Aion to send
data or systems you connect without proper authorization
violations of applicable law
violations of third-party rights
We may update Aion, its features, pricing, policies, or these Terms from time to time.
Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date or otherwise providing notice when appropriate.
Continued use of Aion after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
